How the 10 Week challenge works

A structured program offering you maximum fat burning & fitness conditioning. Simply choose from the following challenges, alternatively pick 2 or 3 mid weekly training sessions. Saturdays 6.30am are complimentary & bub free:

  • Gymea- Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5.45am to 6.45am & Saturday
  • Cronulla - Monday & Thursday 9.30am to 10.30am baby sitting avaliable & Saturday
  • Como - Monday & Thursday 9.30am to 10.30am baby sitting avaliable & Saturday
  • Sutherland - Tuesday & Friday 6pm (offered casually)

On day one, you will be given a starter pack with easy nutritional guidelines to follow, nutrition diary, weekly training tool, flexibility tool, stretching tool & more. You will have the option of undergoing a cardio fitness & strength assessments ie, a timed run/how many push ups in one min. You will repeat the assessments again on the last week & your results will be given to you which will demonstrate the effectiveness of the program. You also have the option of having your girth & body measurements taken.

Fun friendly groups of all fitness levels, male & female with well planned & organised training environments, excellent local venues, outdoors & new indoor facility.

The 10 Week Fitness Challenges are successful due to being completely results focused in addition to being a motivating way to achieve training consistency. It's a lot of fun & becomes infectious, you won't be able to stop at one! Come along and try it, no obligation.

About personal training one on one

Successful body fat loss doesn't happen overnight. It takes practice and planning. People who successfully lose body fat plan what they'll eat and how they'll be training on a regular basis. Planning is a big part of your weekly consultations. Here are some steps to help you make your weekly plans work for you!

  1. Motivation – we’ll meet once a week to assess the results of your past week & plan for the upcoming week
  2. Nutrition – love the food you eat. It's total "non-diet" approach, you should never feel hungry! Everyone enjoys different food so we'll work together to ensure you absolutely love your food. Education is so important, no secrets, effective nutritional advice to ensure you keep your results for life - no counting calories, no shakes or packaged foods. Realistic food & you'll be surprised how easy it is
  3. Exercise – is part of the wholistic approach. We’ll enjoy a structured session together, maximising fat loss
  4. Support – By taking your body weight once a week & body measurements every month, this gives us the opportunity to set milestones & rewards for achieving your sucesses
