2motiv8 Policies
▪ Wet weather all classes go forward rail, hail or shine except.... in the event of dangerous conditions such as lightning, extreme wind etc. In this event, a note will be posted on the communication board 30 mins prior to the commencement of the session detailing an alternate venue or option
▪ Public holidays all sessions go forward on their scheduled days regardless of the public holiday
▪ Missed sessions in the event of a missed session, please do a makeup session at any of the other trainings. If you are unable to make up the session, all prices are taken into consideration for this occurrence. The makeup session entitlement expires at the end your challenge
▪ Saturday training Saturday training is complementary. Our objective is to encourage you to training consistently, if you miss a Saturday session, we encourage you to do a session on your own (or with a friend), a minimum of 45mins cardio at 60 to 80% of your maximum heart rate. As these sessions are complementary there is no makeup session entitlement during the week
▪ Unable to attend a regular day during a challenge if one of your training days clashes with another commitment, please select a day from another challenge session that fits into your schedule (with the exception of complementary Saturday training as mentioned above)
▪ Challenge payment payment options are cash, cheque or e funds transfer. Idealy made upfront however, payment plans are avaliable, kindly contact Belinda to discuss your individual needs. Payments are made prior to or on the first day of your challenge session

▪ Cost of challenge one of our key success components is to ensure all sessions are the most cost effective in Sydney whilst being the best! We only employ the qualified, professional, very friendly & the very best fitness professionals, therefore we remunerate our trainers with well in excess of the industry standard to ensure that we can offer you the best sessions with a wholisitic approach including nutritional advise. As a result, the low rates that you are offered are not negotiable as our policy is not to compromise the exceptional level of service that you are offered.On average, you are paying $10 or less per session! ▪ Starting a challenge late as mentioned above, the challenge rate is not negotiable. We understand that you may need to miss a week or two & in that instance, your classes still work out to be very cost effective at $12 or less. have priced the courses to accommodate this happening
▪ Referal scheme it is always rewarding when a friend or relative asks you how you have achieved your great results! We appreciate that you are promoting us when you discuss your journey with your friends & as a result we reward you with a complimentary session when one of your friends joins. If you motiv8 three friends to join, your entire challenge complimentary. If you refer more than three friends we will offer you much more!

You are able to mix your sessions together ie, one Como & one Gymea at a cost of $30 per week. If you comit to one challenge session for the duration of the challenge the cost is $15 per week.
